A Gagebrook woman was convicted of animal cruelty charges on 22 August 2019 in relation to an American Bulldog.
The dog was seized on 29 August 2018, he weighed 22.8 kg. The dog had anemia and had a body condition score of 0.5 to 1 out of five.
The woman has an animal cruelty conviction, she was ordered to pay RSPCA costs of $1089.90 and has a court order which disqualifies her from owning any other animal for a period of five years.
