Hillwood man convicted

A Hillwood man was convicted of 2 animal cruelty offences on 23.10.18 in the Launceston Magistrates Court.  He was fined $1000 for causing unreasonable and unjustified pain or suffering to two ponies.  These ponies sadly had to be humanely euthanised to end their suffering, the vet concluded that the suffering would be continued and excessive if the RSPCA had not taken that action.
